How we handle your files

PDFs you create from images stay on your device. We do not upload, store, back up, or inspect your documents on external servers. After export or sharing, you can keep or delete the local copy whenever you want.

Personal data

Photos to PDF does not collect personal data from your documents or device. No accounts are required. If you purchase an Android subscription, Google Play may share limited transaction metadata (for example, subscription status and renewal timing) so we can provide subscription features.

Subscriptions and purchases (Android)

• Android subscriptions are sold, billed, and managed through Google Play.
• Google Play processes your payment. We do not receive or store full payment card or bank details.
• For subscription management and support, we may receive limited purchase details from Google Play, such as order identifiers, plan status, and renewal information.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled under Google Play policies, except where otherwise required by law.

Analytics

• No analytics or tracking tools.

Third-party links

The app does not include ads, promotions, or links to other apps.

Security

Your PDFs remain on your device so you can export or share them securely. Manage or delete them at any time.

Legal requests

User data (if ever collected) may be disclosed if required by law or valid legal process involving DIGISET LLC.

Your rights

If you believe data related to you has been collected, you can request access, correction, or deletion. Contact DIGISET LLC at support@digiset.app.

We may update this policy. Continued app use after updates means you accept the revised terms. Check this page for the latest version.
